Deep ruby to garnet core, showing the intensity typical of a cooler climate Shiraz with good concentration. Medium-to-full body with fine tannins that provide structure without being aggressive. Core flavours of rich dark berries balanced by savoury spice and toasted oak. Silky texture with integrated acidity for freshness, and a finish thatÕs lingering with gentle spice and fruit persistence. Light savoury/earthy hints, with warm oak-derived nuances of cedar, vanilla and light mocha. Ripe dark fruit aromatics Ñ blackberry, plum and black cherry.
