Pale straw in colour. An appealing bouquet of white peach and nectarines, lemon zest and flinty complexitydressed with a subtle, biscuit. The palate is bright, fruitful and finely textured with fresh cream, lemon pith and white tea. Fine, cool climate fruits and textural interests work in generous harmony.

This wine pairs well with white fish fillets with a tomato, olive and rocket salad.
