use of SO2, this keeps the freshness and protect the aromas of the
grapes. Harvest is destemmed 100%. Fermentation with selected
yeasts at a maintained temperature of 26°C to extract and keep the
fruit aromas. Aged 6 months in stainless steel tanks. Bottling with nitrogen to protect the wine and ensure its quality and purity.
