These two varieties merge to make a complex wine which is pale green straw in colour with lifted citrus aromas and hints of passionfruit and soft grassy overtones. This wine is crisp and lively on the palate with tropical flavours and a tightly structured finish.

This wine pairs well with poached chicken, prawn ravioli and Thai green curry.
