The fruit component on entry is of medium weight but has considerable concentration with red cherry, black berries and dried rosemary herbs make for a savory influence rather than juicy fruits which are more commonly associated with the Barossa. Ground Coffee, white pepper, orange peel and slate make for further complexity through the mid palate and the exit finishes with a tightly bound, slightly spiced tannins structure.

This wine pairs well with beef, lamb and pork.
