The rich aromas of dark chocolate, mulberries, clove and orange zest on the nose, with restrained oak, dark fruits, chocolate, plum, savoury spice and chalky tannins on the plalate. Evidently the classic profile of the Shiraz flavours in the Barossa Valley region. A great wine that has the structure for careful medium term cellaring.

This wine pairs well with grilled or roasted red meat dishes and hearty vegetables.
