Pale yellow/green colour. A never-ending bouquet of floral, minerally, citrus and stone fruit. The lifted blossomy and nectarine tones are complemented by chalky, saline and savoury sub-tones. The most subtle sur-lie aging character gives it extra depth. On the palate Girl Talk is precise and fresh, with mouth-watering acidity and a lemon/lime attack. This develops into a lingering finish of fine texture and herbaceous tones.

This wine pairs well with a rich creamy risotta with pan seared prawns.
