Tim Adams 2017 Fergus blend of Grenache, Tempranillo & Malbec has aromas of red strawberry and cherry. With flavours of Tempranillo, with spiciness from Grenache and mid palate richness with plum and violet characters coming from Malbec. Aged in older French oak hogsheads added subtle, integrated perfume and toasted characters. This is a luscious mouth-filling wine with silky tannins, with careful cellaring may keep for up to 15-20 years.
