Palate: Crisp, fruit driven. Harvested from mature vines in the Hunter Valley, the absence of oak showcases the flavours of the varietal. A blend of fruit from the winery's cooler and warmer vineyards captures a balance of acid and fuller tropical flavours.

The fuller flavours and great texture of Verdelho make it a great choice with a wide variety of dishes or simply by itself.
