Made using the traditional method, our 13th disgorgement is 53% Pinot Noir, 32% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier and spends 63 months in the bottle before release. The extra Pinot Noir gives a beautiful floral lift to the wine, while the familiar granny smith apple tartness is still present. 

This Swift Cuvée pairs perfectly with oysters and is best served straight from the fridge.
