Deep crimson in colour and bursting with dark cherry, red-liquorice and complex savoury spice aromas. The palate is very approachable, melding ripe fleshy fruits and chewy textural tannins this wine has excellent length and richness. Enjoy upon release or carefully cellar for the medium term.

This wine is perfectly paired with a lush tomato based pasta sauce, maybe even a slow braised lamb ragu. Equally as delicious would be roast turkey, with lots of root vegetables, especially in these cooler months.
