The nose has orange blossom, ginger, pear drop, and somehow those Ricola lollies - exotic alpine herbs! Weighty full palate, that's textural, with Campari notes, mandarin, and a bite of brioche.

Ideal pairing for all kinds of Middle Eastern flavours, spices like za’atar and sumac, and heritage grains like quinoa, bulgur wheat, and freekeh. Chickpea dishes, chicken, turkey, and grilled pork, as well as anything featuring hazelnuts or walnuts.
