Pale to white-gold, yet bright and alluring. Preserved Meyer lemon, custard fruit, bath salts, and a determined mineral aromaticity. Unmistakably Riesling. A very clean and full palate: gently textural towards the end. Bath salts and minerality return and swirl around ripe yet also pristine lines of Riesling's lemon acidity. Dry, puckering, and only 11%ABV… And enough breadth to slow down the raciness.

This upright Riesling likes quite characterful and solid foodstuffs. Excellent with dumplings or stuffed pasta. Flat fish simply fried?
