Expressive, complex and fragrant bouquet of violets, plums and strawberry fruits. There is a hint of sappiness with spice and cedar oak. The pallet is full and seductive with juicy ripe plum and cherry fruits. There is a savoury backbone with spice and earthy notes. The tannins although firm are fine grained giving great structure to the wine which will develop and age beautifully over the next 8 to 10 years.

This wine pairs well with grilled or barbequed meats.
