Opening to a bright and cheerful nose, the 2019 Vinum Chenin Blanc offers up bright citrus tones with elements of kiwi and pineapple. Medium-bodied, the wine displays succulent acidity that makes me salivate, then shows flavours of Meyer lemon and green apple before ending with a straightforward finish. 30,000 bottles were filled after spending 10 months in old Burgundian oak.

Enjoy with shellfish, spicy food, lean fish, mild and soft cheese.
