The Pirramimma Aged White Fortified NV is a delightful fortified wine from McLaren Vale, South Australia. This wine is aged in old barrels, which gives it a complex rancio character. It has a ripe apricot color and offers a palate rich with flavors of raisin, marmalade, and floral notes. 

The winemaking process involves letting the fruit shrivel on the vine until semi-dry, reaching approximately 20 baume. The grapes are then hand-picked and crushed. After a short fermentation, quality brandy spirit is added to halt the fermentation process, retaining the natural sweetness of the wine.

Pair with cheese platters, desserts, nuts and dried fruit.
