Dark purple in colour with a bright crimson hue; the nose displays blue fruits, plum and raspberry, but it also has a savoury edge with wet slate and subtle integrated oak. The palate is seamlessly integrated, structured and long. Plum and blue fruit flavours work well with oak derived complexities of subtle coffee and dark chocolate. 

This wine pairs well with slow cooked beef cheeks.
