A light, fresh and aromatic Riesling displaying lifted fruit characters. Lime, lemon, green apple and pear skin with subtle bath salts. The palate is delicate and light but with lively acidity. Citrus flavours persist through the long finish. 

This wine pairs well with fresh seafood.
