This brut style blanc de blancs is produced from selected parcels of Chardonnay in the Adelaide Hills. It shows a beautiful bead and mousse with lively fresh citrus characters and subtle complexity from yeast lees contact. The flavours linger on the palate drawing you in to take another sip.

This wine pairs well with appetizers of tarts and pastries or main course of cured fish and salmon.
