This extraordinary wine originates from some of the oldest Pinot vines in all of Australia, instilling it with a rare and distinguished character. This is a very special expression of Pinot Noir, with the fruit all being sourced from the Old Hill Vineyard which is home to the oldest plantings of Pinot Noir in the country.

The grapes get treated gently and delicately - hand picked and hand destemmed (with a small percentage of whole bunches in the mix too), then doted over while it ferments until finally set to rest in French oak puncheons for eight months.

This wine pairs well with chicken and turkey.
