A Riesling from powderbark vineyard in Frankland River. As a team our love for Riesling is ever growing, due to our in-house German wine connoisseur – Fabian.

This is our first edition of a Kabinett style inspired Riesling. A true balancing act between residual sugar, natural acid and phenolic weight.

Orange blossom, lemon and lime rind, Bath salts and a lifted perfume concentrated fruit with subtle mouth-watering acidity.

Complete date night with hot chicken, followed by a Dolce Gorgonzola, the rest is history.
