This new addition to the LSM family is a skin fermented Sauvignon  Blanc, Gewurztraminer and Pinot Gris blend. It spent 14 days on skins with daily plunging, fermented with naturally occurring yeast and no additions made bar some SO2 pre bottling. It was unfined and unfiltered going into the bottle.

If you have not had many orange wines before this is the perfect way to start, beautifully balanced phenolics with notes of blood orange rind, ginger spice and orange blossom.

Enjoy with duck, goose and game birds.
