Grapefruit pith, Lime brulee, white nectarines, jasmine flower, nougat, touch of reduction complimented by sexy oak. Its rich and mouth filling with creamy texture and a lime acidity. A wine to decant and drink now with full bodied food or lay in the cellar for the next 5 to 8 years.

This wine pairs well with pork, rich fish, vegetarian and poultry dishes.
