Lock & Key Sparkling was crafted using 60% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay and 5% Pinot Meunier grapes collected from single, cool-climate vineyards. Showcasing a pale straw colour with light pink hues, this bubbly has a fresh and toasty brioche nose with fragrances of strawberries and red fruits. The palate is filled with golden apple, spice and summer berry flavours. Creamy texture and natural acid give this wine a great structure and mouthfeel. The finish is lively and exceptionally long.

Pair it with lobster, fish, cheese, popcorn, or creamy dishes.
