The palate is vibrant and fresh with crisp green apples, limes and kiwi fruit dominating. There’s a really fine texture, with excellent weight and balance. The finish is seamless and long, with clean crisp acidity.

Pair with foods such as such as potato chips, nuts and salty crackers. This grassy wine pairs especially well with herbaceous snacks, such as marinated green olives, or basically anything with herbs.
