TASTING NOTE
Vibrant straw colour with green edges. Gently fragrant with classic perfumed Pinot Gris characters of pear, orange blossom and citrus. Textural flavours with apple and mandarin, soft acidity, gentle classic 'Gris' style.

WINEMAKING
Hand picked and gently pressed. Fermented in both tank and cask. Six weeks on lees post fermentation for additional complexity and aromatics. Gentle handling and minimal filtration.
