Petit Verdot is nothing like its name, it may be small but it packs a punch! Colour: Vibrant deep red.

Interesting nose. Classic PV characters, of rose petal, liquorice all sort, berries and a touch of peppercorn.

An elegant, savoury wine. Flavours of liquorice, blackberries. Fine tannins and balanced acidity.

This pairs well with rich meats such as veal, lamb, spicy pork, steak, sausage, and gamier meats. More specifically, think about pairing this wine with dishes such as barbecue beef short ribs, lamb stew, Mexican adobo, and Chinese barbecue pork.
