Katnook Estate Prodigy Shiraz 2019 (6 bottles)

This is a lively shiraz, that dances on the palate. Bright, rich fruits, such as blueberry and mulberry are supported by complexing flavours of sandalwood and spice. Bitter chocolate tannins that make the palate feel luxurious, the wine is supple yet has a long line and drive – this is a supremely elegant cool climate shiraz.

Medium crimson with magenta hue.

This wine would match well with lamb backstrap with roasted new potatoes, or try a roasted beetroot salad with pumpkin and pine nuts.

This is a beautiful shiraz which will continue to grow 15+ years.
