The 2022 Coonawarra Chardonnay is elegant with complex aromas of wet limestone, cashew butter, peach skin and preserved lemon. Offering both texture and drive, wonderful flavours of peach skin intermingling with lovely savoury tones of citrus, kaffir lime and cashew nuts. The mouthfeel is full yet driven, the palate is long, linear and refreshing. This Chardonnay pairs well with grilled haloumi and can be enjoyed now or carefully cellared up to 5 years.
