Vibrant deep purple in appearance. Aromas of raspberries and blueberries jump out of the glass with a hint of black pepper. Medium-bodied, rounded, generous, inky, and energetic. Lifted, expressive aromatics of deep rich fruit notes are coupled with a suggestion of sherbet confectionary. A lick of whole-bunch tannin ties the palate together on a long finish.

Delicious with Italian bean casserole or Margaret River venison tenderloin with porcini mushrooms, served with polenta and a root vegetable salad.
