Pale straw, clear and bright. The bouquet is of lemon sherbet with a hint of pineapple, white flowers, and sea spray. Textured and juicy in the mouth, fruit generosity throughout the palate gives way to lemon curd acidity. The finish is clean, fresh and moreish.

Magnificent with baked snapper with lemon slices and herbed butter or rigatoni with roasted cauliflower and crispy capers.
