The Remparts from this year is giving us a more textured and subtly different approach than normal. It starts with a subtle blossom lift and then melds into straw and dried herbs and ties together beautifully with citrus flavours and really bright lemon. Lovely drinking.

We are enjoying the Remparts with a bucket of king prawns and spicy cocktail sauce, shellfish, crab and lobster.
