A new alternative variety to get excited about. Fresh, zesty and a textured palate. This wine is crisp and luscious with ginger, lime and hints of pepper with beautifully balanced acidity.

Just chill it and drink it, its too good. But if you are happy to wait it should cellar for a couple of years.

This wine is best served chilled as an aperitif or alternatively would perfectly accompany a variety of Thai, Indian and Middle Eastern food and frito misto!
