A brilliant fresh green straw colour on release. Aromas complex, perfumed notes of citrus and fresh nectarines balanced by toasty French oak and a savoury cashew character from barrel fermentation.
The palate is full-bodied and complex. Stone fruits and honeydew melon flavours lead to a creamier rounded mid-palate of peach, vanilla and roasted nuts, with a lingering crisp finish of grapefruit and spicy French oak.
