Palate: The sweet tropical flavours of passionfruit and pineapple are complemented by the classic Sauvignon Blanc characters of gooseberry, lychee and sweet basil. The palate is fresh and zesty with a crisp, flavourful mid palate, finishing with the mouth-watering zing.
