Founded in 1835 by Manuel Maria Gonzalez. Gonzalez Bypass has since been dedicated to the production of top quality Sherry wines and Spirits.

This is a sherry wine of the cream type made from Palomino and Pedro Ximenez grapes. It is dark mahogany coloured with a bouquet of toasted nuts, raisins, dates and pastries. Fresh to the palate, it clearly repeats toasted nuts. It has a sweet, tasty, well-rounded flavour.

It perfectly blends with some types of cheese and desserts.
