Gonzalez Byass has been producing high quality sherry in Jerez (Spain) for over 175 years. The Elegante Amontillado Sherry is rich in aromas of nuts, with undertones of fine wood and cocoa with a slightly raisiny finish.
On the palate it is fresh, smooth and somewhat sweet, with a toasted-caramel finish.
Ideally served as an apertif, with your favourite cheeses.
