A wildly aromatic, skin contact Chardonnay from one of Adelaide Hills' most exciting producers.

Brightly gold in the glass, with a powerful aroma of dried flowers, grapefruit and nectarine. The whole bunches come through on the black palate, with a sweet tea and herbaceous complexity, followed by a phenomenal length. This may be a punk rock Chardonnay, but it's been made beautifully.

Pair with Salmon, tuna, pork, chicken and vegetarian dishes.
