Pale yellow in colour with hints of green. The nose is aromatic with floral notes, citrus fruits like lemon and lime, as well as green apple and a subtle minerality from the Assyrtiko. The Malagousia adds complexity with notes of peach and apricot.

On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied with bright acidity. The citrus and fruit flavors continue with a fresh and crisp finish, with the Assyrtiko's signature minerality providing structure and balance. There’s a nice harmony between the richness of Malagousia and the freshness of Assyrtiko.

Enjoy it fresh while its young, served between 8-10ºC
