The 2022 vintage of Thalassitis exhibits a complex aromatic profile. Notably, it presents aromas of fresh lemon zest and honeysuckle, leading into minerally, tart flavours on the palate. The wine's elegant structure is complemented by a roundness that transitions into a very tart finish, rich with lemon oil and pith. This combination offers immense food pairing potential.

Serving is recommended at 10ºC and pairs excellently with seafood, fatty fish, poultry and even lamb stewed in lemon sauce. Its crisp acidity and distinctive minerality complement a variety of dishes, enhancing the dining experience.
