The palate is medium bodied with a fine tannin grip up front.

A tingle on the midpalate from some youthful acidity freshens the earthy, toasty spices, mixed with boysenberries and blackberries.

Green and black peppercorns add savoury layers to the spice profile, balancing the red plum fruits.
