A blend of two white grape varieties – Viognier and Fiano.

This vintage has a nose perfumed with whiter flowers and zesty lemons.

Further underpinned by wild honey notes and coriander seed taking the wine in a tropical direction.

With a touch of salinity from skin contact, the palate is medium weight, fruit driven by mango skin and stone fruits.

Chalky tannins bring in a zippy lemony finish.
