This medium-dry Rose made from the Sicilian red grape Nero dAvola is fermented in seasoned French oak and left on lees with regular stirring to produce a refreshing bright savoury style.

Enjoy - best served chilled. It pairs well with pork, rich fish, mature and hard cheese, vegetarian, poultry, appetizers and snacks, mild and soft cheese or as an aperitif.
