This Sauvignon Blanc is made from grapes sourced from Langhorne Creek vineyard. It erupts with aromas of lush ripe passion fruit, citrus & stone fruits on the nose. The palate shows moist grapefruits, lime pie and lychees with a long textured finish and a delicate mineral edge.
Pair with Fresh oysters, grilled fish, salads, poultry, vegetarian dishes and soft cheeses.
