This Special Release Malbec is the result of block selection, the parcels have been kept separate and nurtured for maximum expression of varietal character. This wine shows an intense perfumed aroma of violets and spice with a bramble lift, on the palate the wine is rich and fleshy with fine tannins. Drink now or cellar 3-5 years.

You'll find Malbec a great match for steak, pork, and lamb, as well as fattier fish like salmon and poultry with dark meat. Game meat—like bison, ostrich, and venison—are also a safe bet. In addition to meat pairings, consider foods with richer sauces or more vibrant flavors.
