Pale yellow with a green tinge. Citrus blossom and passionfruit. Generous lemon, green apple and passionfruit flavours with a hint of lemongrass. Fresh lemon acidity forms the backbone to accompany the racy, green apple and passionfruit flavours. Some tannin presence on the back palate adds length and persistence of flavour. Made to be consumed while young and fresh.
