Varietal: Sparkling White (crafted from a blend of Semillon and Chardonnay).
Appearance: Pale and bright.
Aromas: White peach, pear, and green apple.
Palate: Super-dry with a tight core of lemon, lime, and grapefruit. It has tightly-wound acidity, a creamy mousse, and a zippy finish.

This sparkling Cuvée pairs wonderfully with a variety of dishes: Natural Oysters with Eschalot Vinaigrette, Pork, Shellfish, Cheeses (Mild, Soft, Mature and Hard) Vegetarian dishes, Poultry, Lean Fish, Appetizers and Snacks.
