Beautifully vibrant salmon in colour the fruit for this wine were picked early, specifically for rose, then quickly pressed to retain fresh red fruits and crisp acidity. The nose displays small red berry fruits and floral hints whilst the palate is fresh and lively with a collection of fruit flavours and smooth sappy structure making this a serious and dangerously moreish wine. A delicious blend of 59% Grenache, 23% Mataro, 15% Cinsault and 3% Riesling.

Colour: Vibrant salmon pink.

Aroma: Lovely lifted nose of chamomile tea, small red fruits, a hint of fairy floss and red apples.

Palate: A palate with texture and savoury direction that is filled with a blance of strawberries, raspberry coulis, red apples and a hint of fairy floss on the exit. Texture comes from the lees stirring and gives body without sweetness, finish is long, finely shaped and filled with red apple skins and the tiniest hint of strawberry shortcake.

Food Pairing: Anything, everything and nothing.
