The Bethany Old Quarry Tawny is a delightful fortified wine from the Barossa region in South Australia. 

Varieties: Made from traditional Barossa tawny port varieties, primarily Grenache and Shiraz/Syrah.

Tasting Notes: The bouquet reveals intense raisin and nutty rancio characters, which carry over to the mellow, dried fruit palate. The lingering finish is rich and full of flavor, with pleasant, well-integrated tannins and brandy spirit.

Aging: After fortification with premium quality brandy spirit, it’s aged in old oak casks for an average of ten years.

Enjoy with dark chocolate, nuts, dried figs, dates or raisins as well as charcuterie.

Serve the tawny at the right temperature (around 16–18°C or 60–64°F) to fully appreciate its flavours.
