The fruit for this wine predominantly comes from estate-grown vineyards in the village of Bethany, which is located in the heart of Bethany Wines. The resulting wine showcases bright fruit characters combined with a fresh and persistent framework of fine-grained tannins. 

This Bethany Cabernet Merlot is described as having herbal blackberry and cherry flavours with a hint of oak. It’s ready to drink now, but if you choose to cellar it, you’ll be rewarded with a more intense flavour.
